Drop anchor
Walk in Mon–Sat, or book a studio slot ahead through the Port of Call page. First visit? Rigger will inspect you at the door; he approves of everyone.
Pick your towel
The shelves are sorted by color — every towel hot-washed and ready. Bringing your own? Even better; that’s the Rigging Room’s favorite kind of job.
Rig it your way
Choose your pattern, then raid the button jars and the zipper drawer with Burt. Embroidered initials take about twenty minutes, done in view in the studio.
The shakedown cruise
Before anything leaves the hold, Burt walks you through the fit and the care: strap length, wash cold, line dry, don’t fear the sand.
Fair winds — and a promise
If it frays, bring it back. Our bags are mended free for life; anyone else’s, for the price of the thread. That’s the whole warranty, and it’s in writing.

The studio is lit until six.
Repairs drop off at any step. Your-towel commissions start with a cup of coffee and a tape measure.
Book your visitDesign note: numbered steps kill hesitation
When visitors can see exactly what a visit looks like — five steps, no surprises — booking stops feeling like a commitment and starts feeling like a plan. Clarity is a conversion tool.
